The skills I have learned through my roles are explained throughout the document. I believe in the message on display in this artifact. Leaders need values to guide them and be able to demonstrate the standard. There is a backbone to being a leader that provides the courage to give subordinates proper and constructive evaluations. Keeping a team prepared and informed is the ideal path to success. These are all very important for a company to thrive.
